Company management services are delivered through MOAWEN CORPORATE MANAGEMENT SERVICES, an establishment registered in Abu Dhabi. Your company contracts with MOAWEN, and I lead the agreed management scope and client communication.
The MOAWEN agreement defines responsibilities, authority, fees, reporting and arrangements for presence and follow-up.
I represent MOAWEN in delivering the service and managing your business or the agreed part of it.
Invoices are issued by MOAWEN. Payment is made to its bank account in accordance with the agreement and invoice details.

We review your company’s activities, size, team, owner location and what you want to delegate.
Your company and MOAWEN enter into an agreement defining responsibilities, authority, fees, involvement and reporting.
